As can be expected, I hadn't heard of ...Craig,<br /><br />As can be expected, I hadn't heard of the novel or the author. <br /><br />I don't care for the practice of turning real people into fictionalized detectives. I have tried several of them and found them uninteresting. The character is poorly developed: if the author didn't keep reminding me that the "detective" is a famous person, I would forget it.
